Skin Encounters is a photography series that looks at the relationship between objects and tacitly. The photography series was inspired by the phenomenology of the Vienesse Actionist Movement and aims to show how the body can be manipulated by different materials.

The work examines touch and the human senses through plaster, clay and wire sculptures being photographed on bare skin, whilst examining texture and vulnerability.
